Internet Marketing Assistant

The Inventory Marketing Assistant position assists the Inventory Marketing Manager by entering all pertinent information about incoming used cars into our inventory database, including taking photographs, researching original options and packages, and performing quality control checks. You will be responsible for posting this information as quickly as possible while being completely accurate. Other responsibilities include assisting in the maintenance and control of an internal inventory database, and helping to create and maintain new marketing initiatives.

Automotive Service Advisor

We are currently seeking experienced automotive service advisors for our new state-of-the-art service department. You will be part of a dynamic and hardworking team that is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Your primary job will be to interact with service customers and make sure they have an exceptional service experience from the minute they drive into our facility. You will be the primary contact for the customer as they service their vehicles.

Responsibilites:
  • Greet and assist customers who bring their vehicles in for service.

Business Development (BDC) / Internet Sales Team

Wellesley Toyota is looking to add another member to our BDC / Internet Sales Team.

As an Internet Sales Representative in our Business Development Center, you will assist our sales department by handling inbound/outbound calls, following up with customers, handling web leads, and setting appointments. You must be a customer service oriented individual with good organizational skills. Wellesley Toyota is currently seeking both full-time and summer part-time wash bay attendants. His role is to provide the best quality vehicle cleaning services to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. No experience necessary except a passion for workmanship, attention to details, and cars. This is a great opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, learning how to wash cars professionally. Skill sets learned and developed include wet-sanding, buffing, glazing, waxing, and interior shampoo.
