Automotive Service Advisor

We are currently seeking experienced automotive service advisors for our new state-of-the-art service department. You will be part of a dynamic and hardworking team that is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Your primary job will be to interact with service customers and make sure they have an exceptional service experience from the minute they drive into our facility. You will be the primary contact for the customer as they service their vehicles.

Responsibilites:
  • Greet and assist customers who bring their vehicles in for service.
  • Help customers diagnose issues on their vehicles and give recommendations for service, repairs, and/or maintenance.
  • Work closely with technicians to identify issues and inform the customer in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle all billing and pricing for the customer's service.
  • Ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with their experience at Wellesley Toyota.

Business Development (BDC) / Internet Sales Team

Wellesley Toyota is looking to add another member to our BDC / Internet Sales Team.
 
As an Internet Sales Representative in our Business Development Center, you will assist our sales department by handling inbound/outbound calls, following up with customers, handling web leads, and setting appointments. You must be a customer service oriented individual with good organizational skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and learn the ins and outs of an exciting industry. Duties Include:

  • Responding to all Internet leads types including but not limited to: website, manufacturer, and third party sites

  • Attending weekly sales meetings
  • Meeting with the Internet Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
  • Following up with all clients that are connected to the dealership for business development

Valet Attendant

Duties Include:

Driving cars and greeting customers who come to the service department to service their vehicles. Wellesley Toyota is currently seeking both full-time and summer part-time wash bay attendants. His role is to provide the best quality vehicle cleaning services to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. No experience necessary except a passion for workmanship, attention to details, and cars. This is a great opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, learning how to wash cars professionally. Skill sets learned and developed include wet-sanding, buffing, glazing, waxing, and interior shampoo.

Internet Marketing Assistant

The Inventory Marketing Assistant position assists the Inventory Marketing Manager by entering all pertinent information about incoming used cars into our inventory database, including taking photographs, researching original options and packages, and performing quality control checks. International Trade Project Manager

The International Trade Project Manager provides strategic and tactical support to the sales department that is involved with import and/or export activity into and from the United States and Asia. The position provides uniform and consistent advice to all levels of the organization regarding international trade compliance and capability. The International Trade Project Manager partners with the business in a way that accomplishes business objectives and mitigates regulatory risk exposure. To that end, the position entails the provision of a broad range of services within the international trade space, including tactical support, strategic advice, coordination of business groups and support functions, internal controls, and the rendering of other related services to the organization.

Essential Responsibilities

Provides uniform and consistent advice and guidance to all levels of the organization regarding international trade matters, trade compliance and capability.  

Partners with management on strategic projects related to international trade.

Partners with the business in the development and implementation of import / export policies, practices and procedures. 

Develops and delivers training and updates concerning compliance risk areas, trends, and existing laws and regulations and developments in applicable laws and regulations. 

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.

EDUCATION PREFERRED - U.S. Customs Brokers license, and/or import or export specialist certification. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Minimum of 2-5+ years international trade compliance and capability experience.
