Takes the hassle out of car buying. Straightforward without the back and forth negotiations between a sales rep and manager. You only had to deal with one person from beginning to the end so no confusion or deception. You only fill out/submit the financing application if you have agreed to the terms of the trade in value of your vehicle and the purchase price of the new vehicle. Will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

Besides her being polite and what we felt was sincere & transparent, she worked very hard to get us the best interest rate as this was also a concern! I am still in awe of the ease and simplicity Martin made things happen. After horrific experiences at another dealership, I wasn't sure what to expect. Wellesley Toyota now has one person point of sale start to finish and that is exactly what happened. Martin gathered all the info he needed, went through the costs and explained what everything was so they'd be no surprises when you get to the end. Martin got all the paperwork together, went over each one, I signed, and drove off as the 'buyer of my Toyota Corolla! I don't think it was more than an hour/hour and a half! Unheard of! I was never pressured into anything, I was never forced into anything, I made all my choices - really! Don't go anywhere else! This dealership is the best thing to happen in the industry. Every single person I interacted with was amazing. I drank some of the water to see if I could get that nice attitude works.

Going to Wellesley Toyota to purchased a pre-owned vehicle was a great decision! Such a stress-free, pressure-free experience. After visiting a couple of other local Toyota dealers, and getting the run around and the same old high pressure, time consuming/ time wasting treatment- Wellesley Toyota is in a class by themselves. Shaun Fisher was upfront, professional, funny, and he respected my time. At Wellesley I purchased the exact car I was looking for, at a fantastic price, and was in and out in a little over an hour. From start to finish, this was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ray Glennon was exceptional. He walked us through all the details of our lease and thoroughly answered all of our questions. A product specialist accompanied us on our test drive and told us about all of the car's features and even took us up a steep and winding snow covered hill when we told him that we had a tough driveway to get up in the winter. Again, exceptional. I wish I knew his name, he is great at his job. There was never any pressure, and we felt very comfortable there. We picked up our new Rav 4 today and again were treated with the best of service. Ray greeted us at the door and thanked us again for our business.  Then we met Moe, who went through the car with us and even paired our phones with the Bluetooth. Before we drove off, Ray even gave us his cell phone number in case we had any further questions.  I wish I could give them 10 stars! Oh, and I absolutely love our new car!!

This past August, I purchased a 2017 Limited 4Runner 4x4 from Sales Manager Martin Hansberry. He was very professional for the entire process. The entire process was a pleasure to have a great sales person experience. He made the entire process easy and simple. I signed some paperwork and left a deposit. My wife wanted me to get a 3rd row. I knew going into Wellesley Toyota that inventory in August might be low for the color that I wanted. I purchased a dark grey color but I wanted the Classic Silver and informed Martin Hansberry that on day one of walking into the dealership. It is a very busy Toyota Dealership and he speaks with many people daily. A few days later, I received a phone call that he located my color and it would be 1 more day to get it to their dealership and prepped for pickup. This is my 4th Toyota and 3rd 4Runner purchased. This is my first purchase at Wellesley Toyota and thanks to Martin Hansberry and others at Wellesley Toyota. If you are in the market for a Toyota go see Martin!

From start to finish was a simple process and Henry was great to work with. Would highly recommend and go back to buy a car in the future. I went to the Wellesley dealership to replace my old Prius. First, I was amazed to have a representative spend at least one hour with me going over the models I was interested in (I opted for a Prius Prime). Second, I never had such a great experience with the buying process. I was a little apprehensive about this after buying my last car at a different Toyota dealership, but I was lucky enough to have Zach as my sales representative this time around. He was so nice to interact with, payed attention to my needs and concerns, was honest, upfront, and most importantly, fully respected any decisions I made. I cannot recommend him enough! He never once tried to push me into buying something I did not want nor did he used any of the shady sales tactics that I have experienced in the past so many times. It was also a nice touch for him to reach out to me a week after I received the car just to check if I was satisfied with everything or if I had any questions. These are the little details that make you feel appreciated and valued as a customer.

From the time I arrived at the dealership the customer service was excellent in showing new and used Toyota Camrys. Everything about the cars was explained in detail and each person was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a total pleasant experience as I test drove both a used and a new car. All aspects of the paper work was explained in an easy way to understand. I did purchase a 2018 Camry LE. Working with Shaun Fisher, Manager, Brendan the New Car Sales manager, Eric Tonkonogy, and Diego, the product specialist. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Will recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Just completed the lease of a new Tacoma pick-up and worked primarily with Martin Hansbury who proved himself the consummate professional. I had a great sales experience with Mike Garron at Wellesley toyota. Simple, low key sales process. I liked the price of the car, but when I went home I found the car listed for 500 dollars less in an online ad. They honored the price I found after we already submitted paper work. Great, classy dealership. No Hard sell, no pressure to buy anything. Walked out with car I wanted at the price I wanted.

This is the best place ever. I've bought two cars from them now and they were always available, polite, friendly, honest, knowledgable, and helpful. I was a bit embarrassed to share my financials with them but Brandon and Chris were very approachable. Also, I got a good price. There was no haggling and going back and forth with some manager behind a curtain. Everybody was upfront and I didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. To be honest, after my first experience buying a Prius there, I largely chose the RAV-4 because I wanted to shop there again. Buying a car can be scary but I'm telling you this is far and away better than Bernardi Toyota right down the street. Can't say enough and I NEVER write reviews.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the process of buying or leasing to check this dealer out. What made my purchase even more special was that they didn't just hand me a key and the manual and tell me to go figure everything out. They had someone go over every detail of my new car even though it was the same model as I have been driving. A big hooray for Wellesley Toyota and their management.
