We also provide charging stations and preferred parking spaces for Low Emitting Fuel Efficient vehicles. Our storm water management plan directs runoff into below-ground infiltrators for recharging into the water table, and we minimize urban "heat islands" by using highly reflective roof materials, which reduces cooling loads and lowers energy consumption for A/C.

The company diverted 75% of the project's construction waste from the landfill. Furthermore, the use of regionally sourced materials helped to reduce transportation costs and emissions.
