The entire team was helpful and transparent through the entire process from identifying our vehicle to the final test drive and wrapping up the paperwork. Great service, I never felt like I was being pushed into something I wasn’t looking for. Everyone was helpful and polite and especially the gentleman named Lucas who assisted us. Went to other dealerships before this and we definitely had the best experience here.

He was friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He even went out of his way to pick her up and drop her off at the T station, which saved her a lot of time. I could not have had a better experience. It was my first time buying a car since my dad passed away so I was nervous to go on my own, but Marcus Mason did an outstanding job from knowing what I wanted, before I even knew, and making sure everything was exactly the way i needed to feel comfortable. It took a few trips to Wellesley to finalize all the details, but it was well worth driving 2 hours one way, to get such exceptional customer service.
