Beyond the car's selling price, what other costs are associated with buying a vehicle?

$135 Title/Registration Fee (for new plates): Covers the MA license plate, title, and registration fees, so you don't have to make a trip to the RMV!

$475 Dealer Document Prep Fee: This fee covers all your paperwork and processing, as well as a comprehensive professional detail and wash, as well as a full tank of gas.

How do you value my trade-in?

In order to evaluate your trade-in at Wellesley Toyota, we have to perform a thorough inspection and test drive in person to examine the condition of the vehicle. With that information in hand, we perform extensive market research on vehicles similar to your trade-in available on 3rd party sites such as Autotrader.com and Cars.com, as well as on similar cars available at wholesale auto auctions around the country.  We use this to determine a ballpark value, and then take into account the cost of any work we will have to put into the vehicle to either re-sell it or sell it wholesale at the auction.

Do you offer any type of additional incentives or rebates?

Yes! Toyota USA offers monthly rebates and special incentives on certain Toyota models, so please check with us for the latest offers! At Wellesley Toyota we also offer an additional $500 military rebate or a $500 College Graduate rebate through Toyota USA. However, the military and college grad rebates unfortunately cannot be combined. You can also check out our New Vehicle Specials page.

Do you include your incentives in your prices?

No, any incentives and rebates available will always be added separately for additional savings to you.

Do you offer any loyalty reward programs?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an official loyalty reward program. We strongly feel that there are more meaningful ways to have a good relationship with our customers. However, if you are a previous customer or referral, we will certainly take that into account!

How does my credit rating affect my purchase?

Your credit score only will factor in if you are financing or leasing your vehicle. If you are financing or leasing, we will ask you to fill out a finance application we can submit to Toyota Financial Services or the bank you are financing with. They will determine which "credit tier" you fall into based on your credit score, and will determine whether or not the financial institution will lend you money, how much they will lend you, and at what interest rate they will lend to you. If you are leasing, it will determine whether you are able to lease and what interest rate you will be leasing at. If there are any special 0% financing offers available, they generally require Tier 1+ credit.
