Victor was great!

I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Wellesley Toyota and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Trung, our salesperson, was amazing: we felt comfortable, never pressured or rushed, and like he wanted us to pick the right car for us. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous dealership we visited. In addition, because Trung has experience in other parts of the business, he has deep knowledge of the car features and spent a lot of time showing us how things work and answering our questions. Not only that, he stayed late to allow us to pick up the car after work! To sum up, Wellesley Toyota is a great, no pressure, honest dealership that I highly recommend.

The sales experience at Wellesley Toyota was stress free. Ww were encourage to drive models and ask questions without ever feeling our sales rep was itching to slide us into a closing. Answers to questions were thoughtful, researched when necessary and clear. The agent was knowledgeable and happy to share what he knew. We bought a Rav4 Prime plug-in and are very happy with it. Safety features, comfort, quiet cabin and smooth acceleration were all important to us. We got them all and great mileage too.

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had at Wellesley Toyota. I bought a car there ,recently, and dealt with one salesperson. His name was Marcus DeOliveira. He did everything in his power to find the perfect car for me ,and he did. He was pleasant, caring and eager to please. I give him and Wellesley 5 stars. I will be back and recommend highly.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Wellesley Toyota. It has been a very positive experience to deal with Andrew Lee from the very beginning. This has been our 5th car and we pretty much know what we want at this point - Andrew never forced us into buying something that we did not want, which made it easy for us to make the decision to buy the car from Wellesley. We have bought multiple Toyotas earlier, but it was for the first time that a dealership went over every feature in the car - some of them were an eye opener because we had them on the car we own and never utilized them. Most important, it was very useful for my teenage daughter to understand how the safety features can be used. It is a small thing, but in today's world where salesmen are done once you sign the purchase, it displays integrity and professionalism. The finance step was also very easy. He presented us all the options as they always do, but was very respectful with our decision to not go with everything. I am already servicing my other Toyota in this dealership and will continue to do so given this experience.

Fantastic experience working with Trung Le at Wellesley Toyota. We checked out a few cars and he was attentive, sincere, friendly, accommodating, approachable, and professional. He was highly knowledgeable about the cars. He didn't oversell anything and we were very pleased with our purchase experience. Drove away in our new car two days after test driving it.

I had a great experience here. Trung Le was far and away the best car sales consultant I've dealt with. He was honest, clear, quick to respond and friendly. He made my experience here comfortable and as simple as you could hope for. Got the exact car I wanted at the price they quoted me over e-mail (which was fair) with no last minute changes or issues. I had a very pleasant experience with Wellesley Toyota. On my way to work today, I blew a tire on the highway, and I needed to have my car towed to this dealership. They were very positive and lighthearted when I got there, joking about my tire and letting me know what they could do for me. I ended up purchasing a tire with them, and waited while they fixed everything. The staff members I met were kind and helpful, one employee even told me everything would be okay. I think he could tell that I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed about the whole situation. They were also very patient while I repeatedly called my mom for advice. Additionally, they helped me with deciding what kind of tire I needed and made sure I didn’t purchase anything unnecessary. I really appreciate the service I got here.

John was great to work with to buy our new-to-us car! Honest, straightforward, helpful, communicative, and pleasant to work with. We went to this dealership bc we were interested in a specific used car and they had one, so we hadn’t read reviews or anything and were super happy with the operation. He even threw in new tires as a surprise! (They were near the end of their useful life so we’d asked for new ones during purchasing and originally been told no— super fun to see them on pickup!)

I have always said I'd never buy a new vehicle, My wife convinced me to make the plunge. It hasn't been a month yet but I haven't regretted my purchase yet. I process was painless even though I ordered my ordered my dream truck.

Victor is a great mechanic! Fixed my ABS brakes when three other garages left them broken. Also took time to look over everything. I highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Brand New 2024 Toyota Corolla from my sales representative John Imparato. I’m 57 yrs. of age and obviously have purchased many new & used vehicles in my lifetime for not only myself but my kids, wife etc. I’ve NEVER had the experience of dealing with a more Knowledgeable, professional, Honest and overall great guy than John Imparato!!! I’ve had many terrible experiences with weasel car sales people from many various Toyota, Honda, Nissan and many other dealerships.
