

What is a lease? Am I just renting a car long term?
A lease involves paying a certain amount per month to drive a new Toyota, for a certain amount of time. At the end of your lease term, you have the option of returning the lease and leasing a new vehicle, simply returning the lease outright, or purchasing the vehicle for a predetermined "residual price", which is set at the start of the lease.
What is a $0 Down Lease?
A $0 Down Lease is a lease created with our great customers in mind. It does not require ANY money down, since all of the taxes and fees associated with the lease are included in the monthly payments. The $0 Down Lease is for 3 years and includes 10,000 miles per year, although you are certainly able to lease for 2 years or 12,000 miles per year.
The most important part, there are absolutely NO hidden fees, what you see is truly what you will be paying.
What are the pros/cons of leasing? Why would I lease instead of finance?
When you lease, you will not own your vehicle, but you will pay a specific amount each month to drive the vehicle, usually for a 24 or 36 month term. Leasing is a good option if you don't want the long term financial commitment of owning a car that comes when you finance or pay the full purchase price. At the end of your lease, you will have paid less than you would have if financing, and have the option of getting into a new car without the hassle of having to sell your old one.

What vehicles can I lease?
You can lease any new Toyota vehicle!
What other fees am I responsible for when leasing a vehicle?
With a $0 Down Lease, ALL fees and taxes are included in the advertised price, so there are absolutely no other fees your are responsible for, other than what you see.
Do I have to pay for maintenance on the car while I'm leasing it?
All new Toyotas come with ToyotaCare, which includes 2 years or 25,000 miles of no cost maintenance. This includes oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-off, etc. So, if you're leasing for 24 months, you won't have to pay for any routine maintenance! However, if you are leasing for 3 years, after those 2 years or 25,000 miles are up, you are responsible for the car's routine maintenance until your lease is up.
What if I am going to be driving less than 15,000 miles per year?
We have 12,000 mile per year leases available. However, if you go over that mileage limit, you will have to pay for additional miles (over 12,000) at the rate of 15 cents per mile over.
Do I need a credit history and a good credit score to lease?
Yes, you will need a good credit score and credit history to lease. However, Toyota Financial Services evaluates all credit applications on a case by case basis to determine your lease rate and more importantly, whether or not you qualify for the lease. Will there be any hidden fees or extra charges when my lease is finished?
This is determined on a case by case basis when you return your lease. Toyota will inspect the vehicle and determine whether any charges will be assessed for what they call "excessive wear and use". Can I return my lease to you if I'm not planning to purchase or lease another car from you?
