A Note From Wellesley Toyota About Corona Virus

 
 WE'RE HERE TO HELP DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME 

The health and safety of our staff and customers is always our top concern. As we remain open for business, we are taking the following steps to help protect all visitors and employees from coronavirus:

FOR SALES:

  • Due to the Governor's mandate, our new and pre-owned showrooms will be closed until May 4. 
  • We can still answer your questions and help you purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. Shop online on our website. We will respond to all chats, emails and calls. You can reach one of our sales managers at sales@wellesleytoyota.com or 888-556-7538.
  • We will safely bring the car to you for test drives, appraisals and paperwork.

FOR SERVICE:

  • For the time being, our Service hours are M-F 8am-4pm and Sat 8am-noon. All service and repairs remain available, including recalls, inspections, diagnostics, detailing and scheduled maintenance.
  • For our service customers, we encourage you to use our free, 'no contact' pick-up and drop-off service. We will pick your car up at your home, bring it to the dealership for service, and then return it to you. Safe distancing and sanitizing will be used. You can also use our after-hours drop box.
  • We have added vehicles to our shuttle fleet to enhance our ability to offer drop-off and pick-up service to you if you choose to bring your car here for maintenance. 
  • We have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleaning and sanitization efforts across our dealerships and facilities. Special attention is given to high touch points such as door handles, chairs, desks, phones and vehicles, which are wiped down and disinfected multiple times per day. 
  • Our service technicians will wipe down and disinfect door handles, steering wheels and other areas of your vehicle that they come in contact with. 
  • Our employees are practicing good hygiene - frequent hand washing and social distancing - and eliminating nonessential travel.
  • We have instructed all staff to stay home if they exhibit any signs of sickness and to report any exposure to a suspected case of COVID-19. Similarly, we ask that our vendors and customers postpone their visits if they do not feel well or believe they may have been exposed to someone with a suspected case of COVID-19.

      We want to remind you that you can always shop for a car, schedule service (including pick-up/drop-off) or consult with us on our website - wellesleytoyota.com. We are prepared to serve you in the safest way possible.
