Sales Consultant

If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and strong skills with today's technologies, then we want you to be part of our team. The Sales Consultant is extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiency, safety features and functions, and financing options for our expansive new and pre-owned vehicle inventories.

You must be a technically savvy individual who understands today's technologies and who can communicate in a clear and efficient way with customers using their preferred method of communication (internet/email, text, mobile/Smart phones, social media, etc.) in order to present vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale.

In addition, our Sales Consultants maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.


  • Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance/lease options.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions

Automotive Service Advisor

Job Requirements & Qualifications: 

  • 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience. Experience within an automotive dealership preferred, but not required.
  • Promptly meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Represent the dealership in a positive manner - provide exceptional personalized service.
  • Listen carefully and clearly outline the customer needs on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional needed services.
  • Advise the customer on the importance and value of properly maintaining their vehicle - I.E - Safety, resale value, mechanical dependability, etc.
  • Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. 
  • Manage customer expectations and establish a "promise time" and follow up as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with the technicians working on the customer's vehicle.
  • Monitor the progress of the vehicle throughout the day. 
  • Keep the customer informed of the status of their vehicle.
  • Once the service on the vehicle is complete, meet with the customer and thoroughly review the work completed. 
  • Conduce all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for the customer. 
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record are required.

Internet Inventory Assistant

Assist the Inventory Marketing Manager by conducting quality control on our inventory database and inputting and ensuring the accuracy of a database of over 300 new and used vehicles.

In this role, you will need to:

·     Photograph all vehicles for the company's inventory listings across all platforms, including dealership websites,,, etc.

·     Research original vehicle options and packages for all makes and models and develop accurate inventory descriptions for each vehicle listing

·     Perform quality control checks on all new and used inventory in the company database

·     Regularly update and maintain vehicle inventory listings on all inventory listings across the Internet, including dealership websites and 3rd party lead providers with 100% accuracy

·     Assist in the maintenance, accuracy, and quality control of the company's internal inventory database

·     Write creative and accurate descriptions of each vehicle in inventory

·     Help to create and develop new inventory marketing initiatives

You should have:

·     Proficient product knowledge of vehicles across makes and models

·     Basic working vehicle mechanical knowledge

·     Strong verbal and writing skills

·     Obsessive attention to detail

·     Proficient with computers and database entry

Wellesley Toyota Sales Manager (New Sales Department)

As a Wellesley Toyota Sales Manager, your responsibility is to help guide our customers through the new car purchase process, helping them with vehicle selection, pricing, leasing & financing solutions, accessories, vehicle protection plans, and their trade-in appraisal. Your goal is to develop a caring relationship with the customer and to assist them in the ownership of a vehicle that they need, building value in our services. In this role, you will need to:

·      Serve as a brand enthusiast for Toyota and Wellesley Toyota

·      Become an expert in Toyota, as well as achieve University of Toyota Certification (we will help with this!)

·      Explain the benefits of buying, leasing, and financing to the customer, and help them decide on the best option for their needs

·      Appraise customer trade-ins and effectively explain the value of their trade-in to the customer in an honest and transparent manner

·      Perform transparent and honest pricing negotiations while maintaining gross profit.

·      Become an expert on all the vehicle protection plans and products that we offer, and convey the value of these products to the customer

·      Assist customer with selection and purchase of Toyota vehicle accessories

·      Accurately prepare the necessary paperwork needed for billing

·      Follow up with prospective customers and meet monthly sales goals

·      Work collaboratively with sales, service, parts, and marketing to execute sales strategy and achieve the highest possible Customer Satisfaction Index

You should have:

·      At least 2 years sales & leadership experience.

Valet Attendant (Service Department)

Duties Include:

Driving cars and greeting customers who come to the service department to service their vehicles. This is an entry level position to gain experience with the service department and potentially move up within the department. Wash Bay Attendant (Service Department)

Wellesley Toyota is currently seeking both full-time and summer part-time wash bay attendants. His role is to provide the best quality vehicle cleaning services to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. No experience necessary except a passion for workmanship, attention to details, and cars. This is a great opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, learning how to wash cars professionally. Skill sets learned and developed include wet-sanding, buffing, glazing, waxing, and interior shampoo.

Your day-to-day tasks will consist of cleaning service customer vehicles as well as new cars being prepared for delivery.
