This dealership was a dream to work with on the purchase of a 2025 RAV4 Plug In. Trung Le was my super helpful sales associate, who found the car I was looking for at another dealer and had it sent to Wellesley Toyota in time for me to receive a rebate that was expiring. He explained the features so I could feel comfortable driving it home for the first time. Trung was knowledgeable and honest and he made the process easy. Mark Welcome was very professional, helping me with the lease, explaining everything clearly, so I understood the terms and conditions. He was thorough and helpful in answering followup questions. My husband was so impressed that he is in the process of purchasing a Prius Plug In from Wellesley Toyota even though we don't live in the area.

I had a wonderful experience when visiting for the first time a Toyota dealership, I was searching for vehicles on their website and found a vehicle that caught my attention, I went in person to see the vehicle and Marcus De Oliveira greeted me with kindness and helped me get the car that I was looking for. I took the vehicle for a test drive and I knew it was going to be mine. He was helpful throughout the process and kept updating me on the status of the vehicle. Eventually he did all the paperwork and all I had to do was wait for his call to pick up the vehicle. I got the vehicle and it feels amazing.
