I actually haven’t been to this dealership, but Marcus was kind enough to spend quite a lot of time on the phone with me when my husband and I were planning on buying the RAV 4 plug-in hybrid at a dealership in Golden CO where we live. I am a family friend of his then-finance, and he didn’t even know me. He gave me excellent advice, answered several questions I had, suggested important questions to ask, and reassured me about some of my concerns. We went on to get the car and have been 100% happy with it.

Marcus De Oliveira is highly knowledge as well as kind and patient. We have been loyal Toyota drivers for a lifetime and he was able to advise us beautifully for our next purchase. The Wellesley dealership is excellent.

During a personally challenging time, Andrew and the team at Wellesley, Toyota helped me with securing a RAV4 XLE Hybrid. The hybrid XLE models were flying off the shelf and I couldn't get my hands on one, but they were excellent at understanding my urgency and ensured that the car was secured for me! Additionally, Andrew took his time to go through all the paperwork and even gave us a detailed overview of all the "cool" elements of the car. I really appreciate Andrew and the team's effort and dedication. I highly recommend Andrew Lee!

Alex Luka, a very nice young man, was able to find me the best truck that fitted my needs. He helped me understand the dealerships sales process, even walked me around the dealership to show what he has to offer. He understood that I was not able to buy a truck from Massachusetts, as I am from Florida. Shaun and Alens were great!

Brought vehicle in for oil change. We didn't realize that we had forgotten to make an appointment, but they worked us in and serviced the vehicle while we waited. They quoted us two hours but were finished after about one hour. Waiting area is nice--coffee machine, charging plugs and work stations too!

They diagnosed and fixed our electrical issue promptly and we were pleasantly surprised that their diagnostic charge rolls into the repair cost if you do both with them. Their front-desk folks are also very knowledgeable, proactive (he checked to make sure they had the most likely repair parts on hand before we dropped off our car), and they are very honest/respectful with repairing older Toyotas. Their waiting area is also quite fun even though it’s small; humorous episodes of “What would you do?” were being played which multiple folks were laughing at. Good vibes while waiting.
