My experience at the Toyota in Wellesley is always excellent. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to this Toyota specifically I've been helped by Jon and Rob, the driver, most recently but Tim and Guillermo are great to work with as well. I had the easiest time scheduling a shuttle to bring me to and from my job while service was being done. They happily answer any questions I have and make me feel comfortable. They deserve all the praise. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars but I feel like I can trust the workers at this Toyota.

Victor is a great mechanic! Fixed my ABS brakes when three other garages left them broken. Also took time to look over everything. He puts everything back to original, no shortcuts. I highly recommend.

Before going to Wellesley, I went to Woburn Toyota because of the reviews. Unfortunately the sales person there was not interested in my business so I went to Wellesley to purchase a new car. I had a pretty good experience at Wellesley Toyota. I was able to test drive and purchase a car in very little time. Once we decided on a price the process went smoothly. It did take a while to actually get the car because of the RMV registration so I was without a car longer than I expected. The sales person Trunge was friendly, helpful, professional and kept me informed when I could pick up my car. My car was cleaned and looked great when i finally picked it up. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. If I decide to go with another Toyota I would work with Trunge again.

I had very good experience buying my 2025 GHH Limited few days back. Alex was really nice to work with. No usual forced salesmanship that is norm in other dealerships. Hope to return in future.
