I had my car serviced at this location and received outstanding customer service from John Lorizio (Asst. Service Manager). From the beginning, he provided me with excellent service. His assistance really made a difference in my overall experience. The shuttle ride to/from my building was really so helpful and made things so easy! The driver, Robert, was nice and on time. Lastly, I want to give Shaun Fisher (General Sales Manager) for his input and the way he made sure things went as well as they did. I highly recommend this Toyota location. If you're in the market for a new vehicle or need your car serviced, this is the place to go!
