I’ve been going here for several years since purchasing my vehicle there. They are always very polite and professional and they never try to upsell or trick you into repairs you don’t need. The waiting area is fantastic and I usually wait onsite in the quiet room to get some work done. The wait can be quite long, but it’s overall the most painless experience I’ve had getting vehicle maintenance done.

Alens just sold me a 2023 Tocoma, he was extremely nice, helpful, very polite with no hassle, and also really respectful—overall very nice guy!

Every vehicle purchase I have made new or used has had some serious issues until this purchase. Thank you Shaun Fisher and Wellesley Toyota for making this purchase a GREAT experience!!! A ten is too low of a score for Nathan. We would say to anyone looking to by a car at Wellesley Toyota:"Be sure you buy your car from Nathan." He immediately put us at ease, which is so important when buying a car because it is such a big purchase. He listened to what we hoped for, patiently answered our many questions as we decided we would get a 2026 Corolla. He had the same patience once we got the car to go over, taking as much time as we needed, to both explain and set up how the car worked. There are so many details to how the car does work, to the paperwork, etc. His sense of humor was also a wonderful part of his warm,delightful personality. Thank you, Nathan, for being there for us.
