The waiting area is fantastic and I usually wait onsite in the quiet room to get some work done. The wait can be quite long, but it’s overall the most painless experience I’ve had getting vehicle maintenance done.

A ten is too low of a score for Nathan. We would say to anyone looking to by a car at Wellesley Toyota:"Be sure you buy your car from Nathan." He immediately put us at ease, which is so important when buying a car because it is such a big purchase. He listened to what we hoped for, patiently answered our many questions as we decided we would get a 2026 Corolla. He had the same patience once we got the car to go over, taking as much time as we needed, to both explain and set up how the car worked.
