I saw that Wellesley Toyota had the exact car I was looking for and was quickly connected with Shaun Fisher. I was able to place a deposit to hold the vehicle so I could come in for a test drive the next day. When we arrived, Alex Luka assisted me with the test drive. From the very beginning, both Shaun and Alex were upfront and honest—it never felt like there was any pressure or sales gimmicks. The environment was genuinely welcoming. Alex walked us through the next steps, and while we waited for the finance team, he kept us updated and checked in to see how we were doing. He even recommended a great lunch spot to try while we waited. Financing with Al was smooth and straightforward. When I returned to pick up the car, Alex took the time to walk me through all the features, which I appreciated. Overall, don’t let the size of this dealership fool you—the level of customer service more than makes up for it. It was a great experience, unlike many other locations.

I called in about a Rav4 that I saw on their website. Nathan Ingram spoke to me and told me they had none in stock but he could let me drive a used car with very less miles to get a feel for the car. I also test drove a couple of other models whilst there. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later and I am a proud owner of a brand new Rav4 Woodland edition. The entire process was very smooth and Nathan has been a thorough professional taking care of everything in a timely manner. Happy customers of Wellesley Toyota. During a personally challenging time, Andrew and the team at Wellesley, Toyota helped me with securing a RAV4 XLE Hybrid. The hybrid XLE models were flying off the shelf and I couldn't get my hands on one, but they were excellent at understanding my urgency and ensured that the car was secured for me! Additionally, Andrew took his time to go through all the paperwork and even gave us a detailed overview of all the "cool" elements of the car. I was visiting Boston and decided to stop by Wellesley Toyota as I read great reviews and needed assistance with buying a new Tacoma. Alex Luka, a very nice young man, was able to find me the best truck that fitted my needs. He understood that I was not able to buy a truck from Massachusetts, as I am from Florida. I actually haven’t been to this dealership, but Marcus was kind enough to spend quite a lot of time on the phone with me when my husband and I were planning on buying the RAV 4 plug-in hybrid at a dealership in Golden CO where we live. I am a family friend of his then-finance, and he didn’t even know me. He gave me excellent advice, answered several questions I had, suggested important questions to ask, and reassured me about some of my concerns. We went on to get the car and have been 100% happy with it.
