I had an excellent experience with Wellesley Toyota. After noticing a rattle under my car, I made an appointment on its website. Next day, I checked in with an attendant and gave him the key. Less than an hour later, the car was repaired at a reasonable cost. I find the current management and staff to be both competent and honest. I will retain Wellesley Toyota to service my car.

I could not have had a better experience. He was friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He even went out of his way to pick her up and drop her off at the T station, which saved her a lot of time.
