Marcus gave us updates along the way to let us know when our car would be ready to pick up. It ended up being ready even earlier than expected and was just the style and color we wanted. The inside tech has changed quite a bit in 10-years and he made it very easy to understand the touch screen and new features. It was a great experience, as always!

Joey G. in the service department is a superstar. I was incredibly disappointed with another member of the service department who was completely condescending to me in person and over the phone. I was given a rental car until my car was fixed by the other guy and right after he told me I was okay to take the rental car he called back and said he was wrong and that I would need to bring the rental car back without any notice. I work nights so fitting in the time to drive there and back two days in a row is not feasible. I ended up finding the time to bring the rental back only to find the interior door of my (new 2024) car completely off and laying in my back seat. The other guy who had been taking care of me and expecting me completely ignored what was going on. Joe came to the rescue, jumped in and got it all taking care of in a timely and compassionate manner. I would rate the other guy a 1/5 but I don’t want to discredit how helpful Joe was. Thank you, Joe!
