Me and my wife had an amazing experience. Normally I hate going to dealerships because it’s a hassle and haggle but my experience was different this time. Thanks to Victor Olivares I was able to get exactly what I wanted and at a price that both my wife and I felt comfortable. The dealership had an amazing selection. Victor was able to communicate with my wife who does not speak much English and took the time to answer all her questions. I can’t wait next year to upgrade our other vehicle. I know exactly where I am going and who I am going to see.

As a family, we've been purchasing/leasing cars from Wellesley Toyota for 20 years. First the 2nd gen. 2006 Prius, then plug in hybrids 2013-2022, and now we are THRILLED with the all electric bz4x we got last week. What sets Wellesley Toyota apart is the effort to build long-lasting effective teams in both service and sales departments. For all 4 cars we've leased over the last 5 years, I've worked directly with Victor Olivares. I cannot heap enough praise on Victor! He is whip smart, well informed, quick on his feet, and 0% "car sales" pressure tactics. He's truly motivated to understand what you want, and deliver. What I value most in Victor is his 'I can figure this out and get this done for you,' positive attitude. When we leased the bz4x, there were only 5 black vehicles available in New England (including CT) - none at Wellesley. He made it happen for me within 3 days. When I cheerfully parted ways with Victor last week, I said: "If you keep delivering so impressively like this, I'm gonna need to up the ante on challenges." We talked about a Toyota PHEV only available in Europe, and what it would take as an individual consumer to import one to the US. Victor's response: "Sounds fun. Let's figure it out together."
