How can I schedule a service appointment?

We try our best to be completely accessible to you. You can schedule your next service appointment online by visiting our service menu page here and entering your contact info and your preferred appointment date. You can also call our service center directly at (888) 556-7538.

Do you offer walk-in service?

Certainly! We gladly accept walk-ins any time. However, even though we will do our very best to get you in, if you do not have an appointment, your vehicle will be serviced on a first come first serve basis.

Do you offer transportation while my vehicle is being serviced?

Absolutely! We provide a complimentary shuttle service (within approximately 10 miles) for anyone whose vehicle is being worked on by our trained technicians. We also offer vehicle rentals (subject to availability).

How long can I expect my service appointment to take?

It really depends on what work you are having done on your vehicle and how busy we are on that day. 

We recently introduced a Toyota Express Maintenance program for minor services (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top off, and filter / wiper replacements). The Toyota Express Maintenance program utilizes two technicians to work simultaneously on one vehicle. The result is reduced waiting times and faster service. For Express Maintenance, our goal is to have you in and out of our dealership in 30 minutes. 

For all services, our goal is to offer you the highest quality repair in the shortest amount of time, so you can get on your way as soon as possible. 

What is your service waiting area like?

We have a comfy waiting area in our brand new LEED Certified Facility with plenty of seating and electrical outlets for you to get your work done. We also provide free wi-fi, a high def television, vending machines, and delicious Keurig coffee. In addition, we also have a separate children's play area and a quiet reading room.

How many vehicles can you service at once?

We can service up to 20 vehicles at a time in all our service bays.

Where do I drop off my vehicle?

Our Service Center is located on the right side of the dealership (if you're facing the front door), where you'll find two large garage doors. All you have to do is pull right up to these doors and they will automatically open for you to enter. Once inside, you will give your keys to one of our valet attendants and they will give you a ticket number to give to your service advisor inside. We'll handle the rest!

Will I be treated any differently if I don't have a Toyota or didn't buy/lease my car from Wellesley Toyota? 

Absolutely not! We treat all of our customers the same and we appreciate you taking the time to visit us if you have never been to Wellesley Toyota before. We hope you stay!

What are the most common services I should have performed?

General maintenances everyone should have performed are your routine oil and filter changes every 5,000 to 7,500 miles. Also, most vehicles require bigger services at the following mileages: 15,000-miles, 30,000-miles, 45,000-miles, 60,000-miles, and your 90,000-miles.
